Professional journey
Integration in practice
During my 20 years of experience as an integrative therapist, I developed the INTEGRA FASCIA approach - an in-depth and comprehensive method for managing stress situations and treating pain, designed to promote health and well-being in a wide variety of health conditions. This approach is applied in my private clinic and also as part of my work in the public health system. In the past, the connection between body and mind was considered mysterious and not well understood. However, today this connection is increasingly recognized in the fields of medicine and therapy. It is clear that the body and mind are inseparable parts of a living organism where each component affects the whole. Although unequivocal scientific evidence is not always available, understanding this connection is a fundamental element of my therapeutic approach. My introduction to the fascia system was a turning point in my understanding of the connection between body and mind. Fascia is a complex network of connective tissue that connects the various systems of the body. Beyond its structural role, it also serves as a significant sensory organ full of neuroreceptor cells, which provide essential information to the brain about the physical and emotional state of the body. Today, the fascia receives increasing research interest, and the new findings point to its central role in our health and daily functioning. Over the years I have learned from many teachers, and their influence is evident in my treatment approach. I maintain a curious and inquisitive attitude, understanding that true integration begins from within. My personal practice, which includes mind-body practices and nature walks, are an integral part of my life and strengthen my presence and attention in every therapeutic session. My approach looks at the body as a complete system, with an emphasis on the connections between the various systems and in particular on the fascia system, which connects and synchronizes them. My goal is to provide a deep and comprehensive treatment experience, which combines diverse knowledge and approaches in order to support the health and integrity of each and every patient. My rich experience allows me to adapt the treatment to the unique needs of each patient, and guide her to integrate a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Conscious involvement of the patient in the healing process is an integral part of the treatment, and each session is a unique opportunity for in-depth observation, discovery and release of physical and mental patterns through the connection between body and mind.

The conscious way to health

healing and empowerment
As a developer and therapist of an integra fascia therapeutic approach, I strive to help each patient reduce the level of stress and pain and find her way to optimal health and physical and mental well-being, while emphasizing conscious involvement in the healing process. I strive to provide personalized care, adapted to the unique needs of each patient, and to offer tools and support to integrate a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I believe that the combination of professionalism, listening, constructive communication, cooperation between therapist and patient and a deep understanding of the connections between the body and consciousness, it is possible to learn the ways of releasing old perceptions and enable a process of healing the body and mind.
