Ongoing Stress
You feel physically alert, tense, or unable to fully settle, even when the immediate pressure has passed.
Is This Right for You?
These sessions may be suitable if stress, tension, or pain are showing up in your body and affecting your ability to relax, breathe, sleep, or feel at ease.
Persistent Pain or Tension
You experience recurring discomfort, muscular tension, or pain that becomes more noticeable during stress or overload.
Difficulty Relaxing
Your breathing feels shallow, sleep is disrupted, or your body has a hard time returning to a calmer state.
What Online Sessions Are
Online sessions are one-to-one guided meetings that combine body–mind awareness, breathwork, gentle movement, therapeutic yoga principles, and practical tools for self-regulation.
The work is adapted to your current condition, capacity, and goals. Rather than forcing change, the process supports the body–mind in gradually returning to greater regulation, mobility, breathing ease, and a renewed sense of comfort.
What Online Sessions Are Not
Online sessions are not medical diagnosis, medical treatment or psychotherapy. They do not include hands-on treatment and are not emergency care. They are not a quick fix or a guarantee of specific results. Instead, they offer a supportive space to explore your patterns and develop practical tools for ongoing regulation.
